Fire detector
What happens if the smoke detector goes up in flames? It’s like the shoemaker’s children would go barefoot. You don’t expect the fire detector to burst on fire. Okay, you get the point, the irony is quite obvious here. We can laugh about this because this shouldn’t be the only fire detector in the house, so hopefully another smoke alarm was set off when this fire detector exploded.
Joking aside, we know that irony is not always funny, especially when it happens to us, and this goes to show it could also be quite dangerous. Once again, the worst part about irony is that it always strikes when we least expect it.
