It really works!
When trying to get rid of bad habits, such as smoking, or otherwise overcome struggles, people often turn to books for help. Sometimes it works, but most of the time, even people who are able to give up this habit for a short time usually return to their old ways. These books are often written by professional psychologies or people who’ve been through the same journey, but this method isn’t for everyone.
This woman was reading a book titled Overcoming Insomnia and Sleep Problems during her train ride, and so far, it seems as if it’s working. We don’t know whether the book is really that helpful and insightful, or whether it was just so boring it put her to sleep, but either way, the important thing is that she was able to overcome her sleep problems.
