It Really Shows
If this teacher was really that good, their students would have known the difference between “your” and “you’re”. The only thing that would make this better was if this wasn’t an English teacher, but a math teacher, in which case they aren’t responsible for this embarrassing mistake.
Yet, this doesn’t seem like a plaque any teacher would want in their office, as it really doesn’t show anything to be proud of. It’s not uncommon for students to get their teachers symbolic gifts as tokens of appreciation when their journey together ends, but perhaps they should’ve picked a different present.
