“Nothing is written in stone” is a good motto to live by; even when the going gets tough, remember you can always turn things around. All you need is willpower and a little bit of faith. This would’ve been a lot more convincing if it wasn’t written in stone. We wonder if the person who carved this realized the irony of what they were doing.

They could’ve come up with a better solution for this plaque than carving it in stone, they could’ve made something out of wood or copper, but no, they had to carve it in stone. Nothing is set in stone, except this this message, apparently.
