Solway Firth Spaceman
At first glance, you may not notice anything strange about this picture. It’s just a shot of a young girl standing in a field, smiling at the camera. However, standing right behind her is a space suit, which seems to be standing or floating at an angle.
After developing the picture, the girl’s parents were speechless. They claim that at the time, nobody was standing behind their daughter. This photograph from 1964 stirred quite a response, thanks to the media. Due to its popularity, people dubbed this mysterious figure in the background as the Solway Firth Spaceman. To this day, nobody has offered any meaningful solution behind the spaceman’s appearance.
