Col du Chaussy, in South-Eastern France, is a high mountain pass, at an elevation of over 5,000 ft. In order to reach the top of the mountain you will travel via the famous “Lacets de Montvernier”, an extraordinary 1.8 mile stretch with 18 hairpin bends along a narrow road that clings to the edge of the cliff.
