Memorable Celebrity Wedding Dresses: Ranked

January 5, 2009 by Rebecca Rand

22. Solange Knowles

While some brides believe tradition is key when it comes to weddings, Solange Knowles, Beyonce’s little sister and a talented singer and dancer in her own right, was never one to do things by the book. In 2014, she tied the knot with Alan Ferguson, a music video director, in a one-of-a-kind wedding. Unfortunately, their marriage didn’t last, but her wedding will always be remembered as one of the best wedding dresses of all times.

As you can see, nothing about the singer’s wedding attire was traditional: she chose to wear a modern jumpsuit, rather than a dress, and it wasn’t even white, but cream-white. Knowles and Ferguson arrived at their wedding ceremony on white bicycles, and the groom was all in white, while the bride rocked a cream jumpsuit. She later changed to a white maxi dress, and we’re having a hard time deciding which look is more beautiful.
