First of all, the man who was in the police station had major mental issues. He finally admitted that he saw the boy. He was asking him for some food and then the boy started to run away. The man caught him on the leg and his shoe fell off. This is how he got the shoe and he decided to keep it.
That man also stated that there was someone else there and that he was really scared. The police officers didn’t understand who or what that was. They realized that Kaydon wasn’t alone. But who or what is with him? The homeless man started panicking and he wasn’t able to tell anything else anymore. Sadly, then this happened!
