#18: They Notice That I’m Rolling
They say that beyond a certain age, you cease caring about what other people think, and this story lends credence to that notion. This grandfather has unquestionably reached that stage of life. To be fair, he’s probably been behind the wheel for longer than Michael Jackson has been alive, which completely contributes to the whole sensation of being jaded when other drivers try to protest.
While flipping the bird is considered impolite, grandpa is given a pass on a permanent basis. Anyone over the age of 80 should be free to express themselves whatever they like, with the exception of denigrating persons of different races or acting in a sexually inappropriate manner. Those two things are unacceptable, regardless of your age or gender. Attention, golden-agers: this is important!
