Asymmetrical organ
If there’s one thing about nature you should know, it’s that straight lines and symmetry are almost nonexistent. This includes the stuff that grows inside us, namely, our organs. Most people would assume that because we have two lungs, they’re both identical in every way.
However, you should also wonder how our lungs would be perfectly symmetrical if our hearts are located in one spot. The left lung, which is closest to our hearts, is slightly smaller than the other and only has two lobes. As you can imagine, the lung on the other side is also a bit heavier.
