Get more gas into your gas tank
We are always in a hurry, and it’s never a good thing unless you are running from a bear or something. Filling gas at a gas station is something that shouldn’t be done in a hurry. We all want to do it as quickly as possible and press the nozzle handle as hard as we can, hoping that we would fill up the tank quicker.
Maybe it is so, but it will also put more air in the gas tank. It will remain trapped because excessive fuel flow won’t let it come out. You will think that your gas tank is full, but some percentage of its volume will be air. So, you will empty the tank faster and then go to the gas station again. Overall, you will visit gas stations more often, thus wasting more time. To avoid this, press the handle just halfway, and enable the petrol to flow slow.
