After immediately hitting it off and becoming close friends quickly, Amy Schumer and her now husband, chef Chris Fisher, began dating after six months of amity. Although only tying the knot two days after publicly announcing their relationship, it is clear to everyone who encounters the happy couple that their strong foundation of friendship confirms that the two are in it for the long run. Rumors speculated about the lovely couple dating in the beginning of November when the two were seen having a candlelit dinner, but nothing was confirmed until February 11, 2018, through an Instagram photo of the pair locking lips at a party. The two lovebirds then got married on February 13, 2018, in Malibu, California with a small ceremony officiated by close friend and comedian John Early with an attendance of eighty guests. It has now been over six months since the pair got hitched and their glowing faces have made it apparent that they could not be any happier together.

Fun Facts: Chris Fischer is a chef and cookbook author from Martha’s Vineyard who is renowned for cooking with farm-fresh local produce. His family owns Beetlebung Farm, hence the name of his cookbook: The Beetlebung Farm Cookbook: A Year of Cooking on Martha’s Vineyard. Sounds like Amy isn’t going to be one of those wives who are chained to the stove!
