Alexandra Lenas and Sean Parker
On June 1, 2013, singer-songwriter Alexandra Lenas wed billionaire Sean Parker in what many called the wedding of the year. The American tycoon arranged a wedding in the style of “Game of Thrones” and trucked in flowers, dug an artificial pond, erected a stone bridge and built an elevated dance floor amid the old-growth forest in Big Sur California which cost $4.5 million for the wooded site alone.
Dedicated to their love of old-growth forests, the celebration included medieval costumes for all 364 guests by Lord of the Rings costume designer Ngila Dickson. Lenas wore an ivory and gold Elie Saab gown with long sleeves and a dramatic train. She wore her hair in long, blonde waves and carried a bouquet of baby’s breath. Her look was similar to Daenerys Targaryen from the hit HBO show.

Fun Fact: Sean Parker owns 4% of Facebook and has a net worth of a staggering $2.1 billion! It was also reported that Parker and Lenas spent every day together before the wedding, since their third date 14 months prior to the wedding.
