32. Quality time
This was the first time in seven years Queen Elizabeth stepped out on some quality time with her granddaughter-in-law. While she didn’t neglect her colorful wardrobe, the queen was wearing pastel pink, for a change, rather than her usual look of neon colors. Middleton was wearing a grey Catherine Walker dress and a fascinator hat.
They arrived at Kings College in London just the two of them, without any other members of the royal family. We know the Queen had her doubts about both her granddaughters-in-law, and it’s hard to say who’s her favorite – Kate or Meghan – but it seems as if now with Meghan and Harry’s new chosen life, Kate might be in the lead.
