We think this was one of the best looks of the 38-year old Duchess. She wore this light-blue pastel dress when she attended a reception at the Buckingham Palace, and looked like proper royalty. The high collar, puffed sleeves and buttons down the front of the dress give it a vintage look, which proves once again Kate Middleton looks good in anything.
The baby-blue dress makes her look like a character taken out of a 19th century novel, and that is one of the things we love most about her: her ability to look both classic and modern at the same time. What is your favorite look of the Duchess?
