Branching Out
Karlie Kloss began her career as a model at the age of fourteen, while she was still switching between modeling agencies. By the time she was sixteen, the California youngster had already walked in sixty-four shows during New York Fashion Week. Kloss was John Galliano’s muse when she wasn’t fronting campaigns for Estee Lauder and Swarovski Crystals respectively.

She does occasionally walk the runway, but she has also been focusing on other aspects of her career. In 2015, she established a program called Kode with Klossy, which is a scholarship program for young women who are interested in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics subjects. A new co-host has been added to “Project Runway,” which she currently helps to present alongside Christian Siriano and Brandon Maxwell.
