Victoria’s Secret Angel, Candice Swanepoel, has listed her East Village penthouse for $1.89 million, a humble price for the home of a supermodel with a net worth of over $25 million.  We love that it was important to the Victoria Secret star to live in an apartment that is certified eco-friendly. The model reportedly is seeking out more space to raise her child, Anacã, but we hope she’ll stick around the funky East Village for a while.

So what does one of the highest paid models in the world have in her apartment? Well, the answer is surprisingly modest. The apartment is simple, functional and makes smart use of space. The apartment has two bedrooms, open living space and, of course, this pet-loving model needed a place that accepts dogs. No doubt this supermodel is setting a positive example for her son.
