Fans of Simone Biles, the American gymnast with the most medals in the sport’s history despite her less-than-perfection hair, have been quite understanding. She doesn’t give a rat’s behind about how she dresses or maintains her personal hygiene. Rather from fretting about her appearance, she prefers to focus on her health and fitness.
Still, she posted a photo of herself on Instagram with the caption “No makeup, no nothing” and encouraged her followers to do the same. Sadly, Biles won’t provide her skin-care secrets to us, which would have been a great assistance. The Olympic gold medalist is the first to admit that her beauty regimen consists of little more than squirting some water across her face. Despite this, it is uplifting to see a female role model that isn’t afraid to be herself.
