Why Queen Elizabeth II Doesn’t Take her Christmas Decorations Down Until February

George is a sneaky prince

It’s not just the queen that’s allowed to break the rules on occasion. Prince George, the oldest son of Prince William, usually can’t wait until Christmas eve to open his gifts. He’s been spotted multiple times by his father, the queen, and the royal staff while hunting and opening his gifts before Prince Philips makes the official decree.

Even though this is a major violation of the queen’s law, we guess there’s of room for forgiveness since, after all, George is just a child. Plus, he’s only following in his great-grandmother’s footsteps by bending the rules from time to time.
