Why Queen Elizabeth II Doesn’t Take her Christmas Decorations Down Until February

November 26, 2015 by Veronica Phillips

Royal Family

Queen Elizabeth II was born on April 21, 1926. Her family was large when she was born and has continued growing ever since. All of her children are now adults, and each of them hold certain royal duties as members of the family.

She married Prince Philip in 1947 and have four children together. They are Charles, Edward, Andrew, and Anne. Her oldest son, Prince Charles, will assume the throne when the queen passes away. His son, Prince William, will take the crown when his father passes. Even though the queen is well into her 90s, she appears just as lively as ever.
