Chrissy Teigen and her husband, John Legend, have been outspoken about the need for action on climate change, as have many others in the entertainment industry. Earlier in 2015, Legend went so far as to declare on Twitter that being a “climate change denier” was sufficient grounds for disqualification as a presidential candidate in and of itself.
However, on Valentine’s Day 2020, the couple chartered a private jet – specifically for the purpose of having dinner. No, we’re not making this up. They actually went to the exclusive French Laundry restaurant in Yountville, California, which is 500 miles away from their Beverley Hills home, and documented the entire experience on social media.
