19. Beyoncé and Jay Z
We’ve reached the most expensive house on our list (so far) – that of Beyonce and Jay Z, who spent three years of intensive house-hunting until they found this gem, and if you ask us, it was worth the wait. Queen B’s search for the perfect house wasn’t easy, since every house she eyes, was desired by other celebrities who ended up doubling her offer every time.
That’s why, when the power couple finally found this Bel Air mansion of eight bedrooms, eleven bathrooms, four pools and one basketball course, they didn’t spare any expanse. America’s favorite couple has been enjoying the house since 2017, and what they enjoy mostly, we can only assume, are the four swimming pools.
