Quentin Tarantino Has No More Chances
Oh, Quentin Tarantino. What a weird guy. I get the impression that he is similar to Elon Musk in the sense that a portion of his fans will vehemently defend everything he has ever done because they think he is some kind of great artist, while the rest of us are content to sit back and ask, “How much more weird and terrible stuff does he have to do before you stop defending him?” I think he is similar to Elon Musk in this regard because there is a portion of his fans who will vehemently defend everything.

The most concerning aspect for me is the fact that he has a propensity to defend powerful men, particularly other filmmakers, who have been responsible for terrible acts. In addition to this Roman Polanski mess, which is pretty horrifying, there is the fact that he has confessed to knowing what Harvey Weinstein was up to and just trying to sort of brush it under the rug. This is another horrifying development. At least he eventually admitted that he had changed his mind and believes that he ought to have spoken out against Weinstein. That ought to count for something, I suppose.
