Kanye West Is A Singer Or Writer?
For me, Kanye West has never been someone I’ve looked up to or admired. I don’t really listen to hip hop, and even if I did, I wouldn’t listen to Kanye because he lost me when he said that he was a “proud non-reader of books.” Even if I did listen to hip hop, I wouldn’t listen to Kanye because he lost me. These remarks were made in the course of him promoting a book that he had written. Even if you are not a reader, making fun of books seems like an odd way to encourage people to purchase something you have written.
That was the point at which he lost me as a fan, but it seems like there has been a general decline in his public image recently, from that strange Taylor Swift thing to his incomprehensible bid for the presidency. Wow, what a strange turn of events 2020 took when Kanye West announced he was running for president but we largely forgot about it.
