The Reasons These Celebrities Are No Longer Admired By Social Media Users Are Revealed

The Misinformation About Kat Von D

Vaccines have emerged as a contentious issue in recent years. An academic article that has since been thoroughly disproven, recanted, and disavowed by anyone who knows anything about medicine gave rise to the myth that vaccines could be the cause of autism in certain populations of people. This myth has persisted for some time now, despite the fact that it has been thoroughly debunked. Unfortunately, erroneous beliefs have a way of persisting over time.

It would appear that the tattoo artist Kat Von D, who rose to fame as a result of the television show LA Ink, was one of the people who fell for it for a while. She caused a controversy when she posted on Instagram that she wouldn’t vaccinate her child. However, she has since changed her mind, claiming that she was misinformed and that she had no idea what she was talking about.
