Harvey Korman
Harvey Korman is an American actor and comedian who has had a long and successful career in American television. He first enlisted as a seaman first class in the United States Navy Reserve near the end of World War II, hoping to make a significant contribution to the war effort while he was still able to participate in it.
As it turned out, Korman could only serve from 1945 to1946, which was a misfortune (or a blessing?). The blow to his aspirations was so mild that he decided to seek an acting degree in Chicago instead, which launched his career in show business. Throughout his career, he received numerous accolades and was inducted into the Television Hall Of Fame in 2002.
