Clint Eastwood
Many people would be dissatisfied if American actor Clint Eastwood did not actually serve in the military during the Vietnam War, as he did during the war. In many ways, Eastwood embodies the definition of a man’s man: he is tough, rugged, and exudes machismo. In his demeanour, machismo is regarded as a virtue. His service in the United States Army began immediately after high school graduation during the Korean War, which will come as no surprise to anyone who knows him.

However, despite his physical appearance, his military service was limited to that of a lifeguard, which does not appear to be appropriate for someone of his physical appearance. The experiences he had while serving in the military are reflected in many of his well-known war films, and there was plenty for him to draw upon during that time.
