Why Wish For It When You Can Buy It?! Celebs And Their Own Islands

June 11, 2020 by Elizabeth Grillo

Faith Hill and Tim McGraw – L’ile d’Anges

Cays and well-known people can be found just about anywhere. The property that was formerly known as L’Ile d’Anges (Goat Cay) was purchased by Faith Hill and Tim McGraw in 2003, and they renamed it after the patron saint of the island shortly after making the purchase (the island of angels). The couple and their well-known acquaintances take advantage of the island’s proximity to Turks and Caicos to spend their vacations there.

When Faith Hill and Tim McGraw made the decision to end their relationship for good in 2014, they gave their island to Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin as a gift in recognition of the fact that they were no longer together. The couple has reached the conclusion that they will put the island up for sale in the year 2020.
