Why Wish For It When You Can Buy It?! Celebs And Their Own Islands

June 11, 2020 by Elizabeth Grillo

Larry Ellison – Lanai

The fact that people actually live on the island that is owned by the billionaire Larry Ellison differentiates it from the other islands. Even a school can be found on Lanai, which is the sixth largest island in the Hawaiian archipelago. In addition, there is a hospital and a health center on this island. In addition, the area is home to a Four Seasons Hotel that offers luxurious accommodations. Oracle’s Larry Ellison, who was also one of the company’s co-founders, was the one who bought the island in 2012. A successful businessman’s plans included expanding his operations to the island and making it friendlier to the environment.

A brand new water filtration system and an Olympic-sized public swimming pool were both built in Lanai City thanks to the efforts of Larry Ellison, who was responsible for their construction.
