It’s a tough world out there
If this is the kind of qualifications an entry-level-position candidate should have, it’s no wonder why so many people are unemployed. Even though three years of experience is still within reason, it’s kind of pushing it. Five years of experience is certainly more than any person fit for an entry-level job would have. But a decade’s worth of Java and Spring Framework? Now you’re just pulling our chain.
We can only assume that the not-so-tech-savvy HRD at this company made this listing. They probably looked at the IT department’s head and wrote down all of that person’s qualifications as requirements.
