ISO an experienced amateur
We’re beginning to think that all companies intentionally make unrealistic job postings just to make new college graduates feel bad. What other reason would there be to look for an experienced professional who’ll work for entry-level pay? They’re probably using the term “entry-level” as a buzzword just to grab people’s attention.
If they truly understood what entry-level means, the job should be open to anyone with or without prior work experience. To explicitly ask for an experienced professional for such a low position is insulting to both the experienced and inexperienced. Now we’re wondering how this company has a 4-star review.
