Who actually comes up with job listings like these? Does HRD even run these posts through the appropriate departments before publishing them on online? To work for this company as a low-level employee, you need to have at least 28 years of combined experience in all kinds of organizing software. The average fresh graduate has zero real-life experience in any of these.
If this posting were for a high-paying job, there’d be no problem. But if you’re going to pay an entry-level salary to a person with more than 25 years of experience in various software, there’s something wrong with the company.
