Brutally honest
Companies are free to ask anything from their applicants, whether they want them to have a century’s worth of experience in retail or not being called Jeffery. But apparently, there are several other aspects that a company can use to judge a candidate. One of them is being “good looking.”

As any sane person knows, a person’s looks play no role in their overall work ethic or performance. In fact, you could have the crookedest teeth on the planet and still be the best darned dentist. As it turns out, companies are allowed to judge a candidate based on looks, but making it a formal requirement is just straight-up unprofessional.
