We don’t appreciate short-term work experience
Some companies take their recruitment very seriously. They’ll make it clear from the get-go that if you don’t meet their high standards, don’t even waste your time sending in an application. While we get that some institutions are looking for certain qualifications, some of the requirements here are far too judgmental.
There are several legitimate reasons why someone might have held multiple jobs within the last five years. How heartbreaking must it be to feel unappreciated for having worked in more than two places while studying or realized their previous place of work was a dead-end?
