Please be overqualified for this underpaying job
Entry-level positions aren’t supposed to ask for too much from their applicants. That’s why they’re called “entry-level positions.” However, some companies just don’t get it. With job listings like these, it seems that these companies are intentionally looking not to hire anyone.
Apparently, this company is looking for someone with over 30 years of work experience to fill an entry-level position. Basically, you need to already be on the verge of retirement before this employer even considers paying you a wage that’s barely fit for a fresh college grad. Whoever made this job listing, they need to pull their head out of their buttocks.
